Anunay Krishnamurthy
I'm Anunay Krishnamurthy, and I bring over 12+ years of hands-on expertise in functional safety (compliant with ISO 26262, SOTIF - ISO 21448, IEC 61508, ISO 25119, ISO 13849), Quality Management (including ASPICE and CMMI), and Systems Engineering. My career spans a diverse range of industries, including HPC middleware and framework, Autonomous Driving, ADAS (encompassing LiDAR, Radar, and Camera-based functions), Powertrain development (covering EV, Hybrid, and ICE), and Chassis Systems (encompassing Brakes and Steering). I've had the privilege of working on challenging projects with automotive clients across the United States, Europe, and Asia
Outside of work, I frequently visit my local CrossFit gym, where I engage in weightlifting and maintain an active lifestyle. I'm an avid reader, particularly drawn to history and sports books. In addition to my reading habits, I have a strong passion for hands-on creativity, spending my time on DIY electronics and carpentry projects.

Michael Schoen
Hello, I'm Michael, a seasoned professional with 12 years of expertise in functional safety. My primary focus lies in ISO 26262 compliance, complemented by adeptness in standards like IEC 61508 and ISO 13849. Within functional safety, I specialize in system engineering, processes and methods, and safety analysis, notably in FMEA and FTA methodologies. My experience extends to diverse domains, including powertrain applications and high voltage (HV) systems, particularly HV Batteries.
I thrive in leadership roles, having successfully managed and developed cross-functional teams throughout my career. A standout accomplishment includes spearheading the development team for HV Batteries in commercial vehicles, showcasing my ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. With a passion for ensuring safety and reliability in automotive systems, I'm committed to driving excellence in every project I undertake.
I'm Ceren Hamut, an expert in functional safety engineering with extensive experience across automotive systems. Over the past decade, I've led and managed a diverse portfolio of safety-critical projects, from electric vehicle safety protocols to ADAS functionalities, working with leading automotive clients and partners worldwide.
Currently, as the Managing Director of Safelink Innovations, I oversee functional safety assessments, audits and development of safety initiatives for electric and autonomous vehicles. My career journey has also included roles where I contributed to functional safety development for hybrid, electric, and conventional vehicle programs. My technical background spans across safety standards compliance, diagnostic calibration, and HIL testing, with hands-on experience in leading complex safety verification and validation at both the software and system levels.

Hi, I’m Dominik and I currently serve as assistant to the management team, focusing on matters relating to the company's internal operations. My responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the company website, defining and improving the company's processes, presentations and training material. Furthermore I assist in improving the management team's efficiency by streamlining processes and taking over time-consuming or less relevant tasks.
While working for the company, I am also preparing for my German high school graduation examination.
